[Support Notice] How to Report Issues in Iris Origin SEA

If you encounter any in-game issues such as bugs, display errors, or problems related to your character please reach out to our support team via the following channels:

  1. In-Game Ticket System (Recommended)
    Navigate to: Option > Information > Customer Service
    You’ll be directed to the official support page where you can submit your issue directly.
  2. Facebook Fanpage (Alternative option for players who are unable to access the game directly)

    Send a message to Iris Origin TH or Iris Origin SEA via Facebook Messenger.

    🕘 Customer Service support is available Monday to Sunday, from 09:00 to 17:00 (GMT+7).

Please note that we’re closed on weekends and public holidays. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible during working hours!

Our Customer Support team is available in 4 languages: Thai, English, Filipino, and Indonesian. No matter which language you prefer, we’re here to help!
